The protection of your personal data is an important concern for us. Following we provide you information on how LCI-engineering processes personal data. This includes information such as name, e-mail address, postal address or IP address. As this data enjoys special protection, we are only collecting it in the technically required extent and use it in accordance with the Legal Data Protection regulations (GDPR/DSGVO, DSG, TKG). Data processing takes place only on the basis of legal principles such as your given consent, for the performance of a contract or legitimate interest. All according to Article 6(1).
Data transfer / Purpose of processing
We only pass on personal data to third parties, as far as this is necessary for us to fulfil our contractual obligations or due to legal regulations. This data is only used for the purpose which is based on the consent and which you have agreed to in advance.
The data is processed in accordance with the legal provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Article 6 (par. 1) lit a (consent), lit b (fulfillment of the contract), lit f (legitimate interest) or on the basis of the TKG (Telecommunications Act) § 96 par. 3 We store your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the intended data collection purposes or due to legal requirements.
Server Log Files
The website operator automatically collects and stores "server-log files" which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes information about the browser type, language and version of the browser, the Web site from which the request comes, the operating system used, the hostname of the access computer, the date and time of the server request and the IP address. This data cannot be assigned to certain persons. We do not merge this data with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.
