ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Our LCI resident engineers act as an interface and mediator between suppliers and buyers (OEMs). This is offered across the entire supply chain, meaning it is also available between LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 suppliers.

The goal of on-site support is to facilitate the optimisation of manufacturing processes through regular feedback about the quality of the delivered product from LCI resident engineers. As part of this process, our LCI resident engineers guarantee multicultural communication and advantages such as professional expertise, social competence, an on-site network in the field of application, understanding of customer-specific requirements and procedures as well as a proactive approach in the best interests of the customer.
